Terms and Conditions:

1. Deposits of £10-£20 (depending on morph) are non-refundable. They allow a reservation to be put on the animal for a fortnight, or until a pre-arranged date (e.g., for a show).

2. Collection is preferred in person, though courier arrangements can be negotiated, at the expense of the buyer.

3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if something goes wrong within 48 hours of collection (unless due to poor husbandry), then we will give a full refund in exchange for the animal. This is extended for the Enigma morphs, in which 14 days is given to make sure you are entirely happy with your new pet.

4. We aim to incubate solely for females, though it is not an exact science. We are unable to refund if your chosen animal turns out to be the undesired gender - we will however try to find an alternative for you, in exchange for the animal we sold you.

5. Please make sure you have read up about your chosen lizard. Especially with the rarer species that we will be offering from 2010 onwards, it is vital you read up and ask questions before picking up your new lizard. We do not give refunds if the animal dies due to inadequate housing or stress related illnesses.

6. By purchasing an animal from us, you state you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
