Terms and Conditions:

1. Deposits of £5+ are non-refundable. They allow a reservation to be put on the animal for an acceptable amount of time, or until a pre-arranged date (e.g., for a show). We cannot keep animals back for an undetermined amount of time.

2. Collection is preferred in person, though courier arrangements can be negotiated, at the expense and organisation of the buyer. We cannot arrange courier, but will accept licensed couriers to pick up animals on your behalf once they are large enough to travel.

3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if something goes wrong within 48 hours of collection (unless due to poor husbandry), then we will give a full refund in exchange for the animal. This is extended for the Enigma morphs, in which 28 days are given to make sure you are entirely happy with your new pet.

4. We aim to incubate solely for females (with Leopard Geckos), though it is not an exact science. We are unable to refund if your animal turns out to be an undesired gender  - we will however try to find an alternative for you, in exchange for the animal we sold you. All Rankins, unless otherwise expressed, will be sold unsexed.

5. Please make sure you have read up about your chosen lizard. Especially with the rarer species that we will be offering from 2011 onwards, it is vital you read up and ask questions before picking up your new lizard. We do not give refunds if the animal dies due to inadequate housing or stress related illnesses.

6. By purchasing an animal from us, you state you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
